1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, facilities, classes, memberships, products, and services offered by The Studio A4 ("Studio A4," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, booking a class, purchasing a membership or product, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase services, or enter into a membership. By using our services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are physically able to participate in the activities you select.
3. Services
Studio A4 offers Pilates classes (reformer and mat), recovery and spa services, and beverage offerings including a matcha bar and juice bar. Service availability, schedules, pricing, and offerings may change at any time without notice.
4. Bookings, Classes & Scheduling
Classes and appointments must be booked in advance through our authorized booking platform and are subject to availability.
Spots are limited; reservations are confirmed only when fully booked and (where applicable) paid.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may be denied entry for safety reasons, without refund.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class or appointment to avoid a late-cancellation or no-show fee.
Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class or credit, or a fee as posted at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes. If we cancel, you will be offered a credit or rebooking.
5. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us (and our processor) to charge the applicable amounts.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. We are not responsible for declined transactions or fees imposed by your bank or card issuer.
6. Memberships & Recurring Billing
Recurring Charges: Memberships and recurring plans automatically renew and bill on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) to your payment method on file until cancelled, at the rate and interval disclosed at sign-up.
Authorization: By enrolling in a recurring plan, you authorize Studio A4 to charge your payment method automatically for each billing cycle.
Cancellation: You may cancel a recurring membership by contacting us at [email protected] with at least 24 hours notice before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges and does not refund charges already incurred.
Price Changes: We may change membership pricing with advance notice. Continued membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
Pauses/Freezes: Membership freezes, if offered, are subject to the terms posted at the time of request.
7. Class Packages & Credits
Class packages, credits, and prepaid sessions are non-transferable unless otherwise stated and may have expiration dates disclosed at purchase. Expired credits are forfeited unless prohibited by law.
8. Refunds
Memberships, class packages, and single-class purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Food and beverage purchases, including items from the matcha bar and juice bar, are non-refundable.
Retail products may be eligible for return only if unused and in original condition within two (2) days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
If Studio A4 cancels a paid class and cannot reschedule you, you will receive a credit or refund for that class.
9. Beverage & Spa Services
Allergens: Matcha bar and juice bar items may contain or come into contact with common allergens. You are responsible for informing staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We do not guarantee that any item is free from allergens.
Health & Wellness Disclaimer: Our products and recovery/spa services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Consult your physician before using recovery services, including sauna, cold plunge, or similar services, especially if you have a medical condition or are pregnant.
10. Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Release
Participation in Pilates, fitness, wellness, and recovery activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all such risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Studio A4, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of your participation in any class, service, or activity, including injuries caused by ordinary negligence.
You agree to consult a physician before beginning any exercise or recovery program and to participate within your own physical limitations. Studio A4 may require a separate liability waiver before participation, and such waiver is incorporated into these Terms.
11. Studio Rules & Conduct
You agree to follow all posted studio rules and staff instructions, treat instructors, staff, and fellow clients with respect, and use equipment and facilities properly. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate memberships, or remove anyone whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or harmful, without refund.
12. Personal Property
Studio A4 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises. Please secure your belongings at all times.
13. Text Messaging (SMS)
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Studio A4, including appointment reminders, confirmations, customer service communications, and, where you have provided consent, promotional messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information regarding how we collect and use your mobile information.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and materials, including logos, branding, text, graphics, images, videos, and class content, is the property of Studio A4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without prior written permission.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio A4 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of our website, products, facilities, or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Studio A4 for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Studio A4, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website, facilities, products, or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
